Keeping your Titanium Mini-hoops looking "LIKE NEW"

Un-like other metals, such as silver, gold, copper, bronze, and base metals, TITNAIUM can hold up to adjustments without breaking...making it easier to keep your 1/2" mini-hoops looking like new.

TIP #1

I suggest that you treat your TITAIUM hoops like pearls.  If you wear your hoops days on end, be aware that saturating colored TITANIUM with hair products and chemicals could possibly change the colors.  Shampoos and conditioners should not be a problem.

Keep your TITANIUM hoops from rubbing against other jewelry when not wearing them.

TIP #2

If you find that your hoops are getting a little less round with constant wear (because you love wearing them), complete the loop and push the hoop over the end of a fine Sharpie to re-shape.  You may need to take the flat edge of a utensil and push the "loop end" down towards the Sharpie to form a nice circle.

TIP #3

If you find that your hoops do not have enough tension and the post slips out of the loop easily when fastened; un-fasten the hoop and slip onto a fine Sharpie, pushing towards the fatter end.  You are wanting a small gap between the two ends.

TIP #4

To make it easier to put these itty-bitty hoops in your ears, gently twist the post of the hoop slightly in front of the loop end, creating more room to work the wire through your piercing.
